The Tasman Drive Parking Structure is a six-level post-tensioned garage with over 1,800 parking spaces and a pedestrian plaza. Sustainability features include motion-controlled energy-saving light fixtures, water-efficient landscaping using drip irrigation, 100 percent stormwater treatment using bioswales, and provisions for up to 24 electric vehicle charging stations. The garage was built to serve the adjacent Santa Clara Convention Center complex, Santa Clara Golf & Tennis Club, Great America, and Levi’s Stadium.

Services Provided: The Allen Group provided a full range of project management services during the design and construction phases, including: managing the design phase review of project budget, schedule, and contract documents; document control; reporting; assisting with preparing a Request for Proposal, bid analysis, and contractor selection; value engineering; project controls; monitoring and documenting project progress; developing a construction schedule; review of submittals and Requests for Information; change management; and closeout.
